Privacy Policy
Last updated · June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ATLAS ANALYTICS PTE. LTD. (“Atlas”, “we”), a company incorporated in Singapore, collects and processes personal data in connection with the ATLAS METIS service and the website atlas-metis.com.
Atlas plays two roles. As a data controller, we process personal data about visitors to our website, prospective customers, and individual users of the Service. As a data processor, we process personal data that our customers submit to or generate through the Service on behalf of those customers — for example, the contact records and outreach drafts associated with their own target accounts.
1. Information We Collect
As controller, we collect:
- Contact and account information you provide (name, work email, company, role).
- Communications you send to us, including emails, demo requests, and support tickets.
- Service usage data and product telemetry (pages visited, actions taken, performance metrics).
- Limited device and connection information (IP address, browser type, language, timestamps).
- Billing and transaction details when you purchase a subscription. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider (see “Sharing and Sub-Processors” below); we receive order, invoice, and subscription-status information but do not store your full payment-card number.
As processor, we receive Customer Data uploaded or generated through the Service. The categories and sources of that data are determined by each customer; typical examples include publicly available business contact details and information about target accounts.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, secure, and improve the Service;
- Communicate with you about the Service, billing, and relevant updates;
- Surface signal-driven recommendations and account intelligence within the Service;
- Meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use Customer Data to train general-purpose models that are then made available to other customers.
3. Recordings and Transcripts
Prospect interactions. Where voice or other channels are used to reach prospects, we do not publish or hand over raw recordings of those interactions. We capture and share only the resulting insights, so that the Service stays consistent with applicable consent and data-protection requirements.
Internal meetings with customers. Working sessions between Atlas and a customer’s team — such as onboarding, strategy calls, and bi-weekly syncs — may be recorded and transcribed, with the transcript and notes made available transparently to that customer inside the dashboard. Customers are responsible for informing their participants and, where required, obtaining consent; where a participant does not consent, that session is not recorded.
4. Legal Bases (EU/UK/EEA)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract with you; (b) compliance with a legal obligation; (c) our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Service, balanced against your rights; and (d) your consent, where required.
5. Sharing and Sub-Processors
We share personal data only with a limited number of trusted sub-processors that are contractually bound to confidentiality and to data-protection obligations no less protective than ours. Typical sub-processors include cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, error tracking, and customer-support tooling. The current list is published on our GDPR page.
6. International Transfers
Atlas is based in Singapore and works with sub-processors that may be located in other jurisdictions, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the originating jurisdiction, we use appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or equivalent mechanisms.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy and to comply with our legal obligations. Customer Data is retained for the duration of the customer relationship and deleted or returned shortly thereafter, as set out in the Terms of Service and any applicable Data Processing Addendum.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where consent was the legal basis. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of certain disclosures. Singapore residents have rights under the PDPA, including the rights of access and correction.
To exercise these rights, email privacy@atlas-metis.com. If your data is processed by Atlas on behalf of a customer, we will forward your request to the relevant customer.
9. Cookies and Analytics
By default, atlas-metis.com sets only cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the site to function. No analytics or tracking runs until you opt in.
With your consent, given via the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4(Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, approximate region, device type, and referral source. IP addresses are truncated by Google Analytics 4 by design, analytics data is retained for fourteen (14) months, and we have disabled advertising features and signals. Where analytics data is transferred to Google LLC in the United States, the transfer is safeguarded by Google’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and by Standard Contractual Clauses.
You can change your mind at any time via Cookie settings in the page footer. Withdrawing consent stops measurement immediately and deletes the analytics cookies; declining has no effect on how the site works.
10. Security
We implement technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and continuous monitoring. See the Security page for more detail.
11. Children
ATLAS METIS is a business product and is not directed to children under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Updates
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, for material changes, give reasonable notice before they take effect.
